The Board of Directors

Sadie Sharp

CEO

Sadie is a management consultant, and the founder of the Platform Project. She has worked with young people and non-for-profit organisations to help them transform their lives and organisations and decided to launch the Platform Project to bring together a number of innovative practices that she has witnessed and designed. Sadie is responsible for the day to day running of the project, and for setting the strategic direction of the organisation.

Vicky Parker

Chair

Vicky is Chief Operations Officer for WestSpring IT, an IT & Telecoms solutions provider who have their head office in Bristol. With 20 years previous experience within the recruitment industry, Vicky joined the Platform Project to help support and grow the Employer proposition - matching young people with local employers and supporting their on-boarding and induction journey. Now Chair of the Board, Vicky leads on Operational strategy and supports the CEO as required.

Dan has been a mentor to young people across a variety of settings that have included further education, employment/ volunteering, residential and community/ outreach. The majority of his experience has been working with young people on the autistic spectrum.

Elaine is a qualified Trauma Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Coach and Practitioner. She runs her own clinic for private patients’ working with both children and adults. Her clinic supports patients who present with Neurodiversity, PTSD, Attachment and Abandonment, Self-Harm, Anxiety and Depression.
