We believe that it’s our job to bridge the gap between education and employment and that is why it is so vitally important that we work with a wide range of Swindon businesses and organisations to ensure that our internship programme is real and relevant, and giving our young people the skills and experiences they need to succeed in the world of work. 

But we can't do this on our own...we work wih a range of professionals and organisations to make industry leading skills accessible to young people whilst providing a range of developmental CSR (corporate social responsibility) opportunities for individuals to engage with.
