Come and celebrate our 10 year anniversary with us at our black tie gala dinner on Saturday 26th June 6.30pm at the Hilton Hotel Swindon! We will be joined by local dignitaries, our amazing staff, sponsors, press, and supporters. There will be live entertainment, a three course gala dinner, charity auction, raffle and the chance to share lots of memories of the last 10 years. We will also be making some big announcements too!

Event Sponsorship

What sponsorship packages are available?
A wide range of sponsorship packages are available to suit budgets from as little as £100. If you would like to know more, please download the Event Pack via the link above the FAQs section.
What kind of prizes can I donate and how?
We would love to be able to auction some unique items and experiences that really grab the attention of our bidders, so let your imagination go wild!
It could be a day out, an electrical item, a service.... we can use most donations across our raffle and auction so please od get in touch if you would like to donate something.
How can I buy tickets?
Visit our EventBrite link here to buy your individual, table and VIP tickets.
Standard tickets are £80 per person for the evening including a welcome drink of sparking wine or elderflower, three course gala dinner, live band, raffle and auction.Tables of 10 can be purchased for £800.
VIP tickets and tables are at the front of venue for the best seating and are available for £100 per head or £1000 for a table of 10.
All packages can be booked via the Eventbrite ticketing system, and payment plans are available through Klarna and other options so you can spread the cost of the tickets.
Please note that we will close the EventBrite ticketing on March 19th 2027 at 11:59PM so that we can provide the venue with all your dietary and beverage needs, so do make sure you book early!

How can I organise accomodation?
The Hilton Hotel is able to offer a limited number of discounted Queen rooms via the following 'reservation link'. These rooms are bookable up to 8 weeks prior to arrival on the 26th June 2027. Rates for these rooms are £99 Standard Sole Occupancy bed, breakfast, Wi-Fi and car parking inclusive or £109 Standard Double Occupancy bed, breakfast, Wi-Fi and car parking inclusive. What are the directions to the venue?
The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel is located conveniently off junction 16 of the M4. After turning off of the motorway follow signs towards Swindon and you will find the hotel located immediately at the turn off.

What local taxi services are available?
The Hilton Hotel is also happy to book guests taxis as required and needed via local companies.
When and how can I confirm dietary requirements?
Dietary recquirements must be confirmed in advance and you will be emailed with teh food choices when they are released.

What should I be aware of?
Attendees must be respectful to all at all times, with regards to the venue, persons present and the property of all.
There will be no acceptance of any verbal or physical harassment of staff, regardless of their religion, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, race or any other factor.
The venue, its property, staff, other attendees and guests must be considered and respected within a a venue free of any items of harm including that connected to noise, disturbance, smells and devices (NO smoke or fog machines, dry ice, confetti cannons, candles, incense, small generating activities or weapons).
The venue and any security personnell provided reserve the right to remove persons from the venue at the time who are not compliant.
The purchase of a ticket for this event demonstrates your acceptance of this.
How can I pay for drinks etc on the night?
The Hilton Hotel offers a cashless payment system so you will need your cards and apps to make payments for drinks and other purchases from the venue.
Auction lots, raffle tickets, and donations can be paid for by card (contactless or chip and pin) via The Platform Project's card machines but we will also be able to accept cash for these purchases.
Do I need to pay for parking?
Free car parking spaces are available onsite, with overflow parking made available at the near by Homebuild Centre. You do not need to make a payment but should register your car details in the hotel lobby on arrival. Cars and their contents are left at the owners risk.
Will there be a choice of options for each course?
For each course two options are made avilable to choose from when you book your tickets.
Where there are dietary requirements or allergies, it may be that it is only possible to provide one option.
What should I wear?
This is a special celebration for us and we would love for you to dress up to reflect the mood of the evening! So we have chosen black tie as our main dress code, but we also encourage you to put some personal flar into your choices (!) so if you have a leopard print suit or a sequin tutu then please feel free to go wild and dress to impress!!
Equally, if you aren;t keen on getting dressed up we would much rather you joined us instead of opt out because of the dress code, so something smart casual us equally acceptable....just please come! :-)
(But no jeans or trainers please!)

Can you help with my accessibility needs?
The venue is wheelchair accessible, on the ground floor and function room in close proximity to a disabled toilet. Do let us know if you need additional space for a wheelchair, scooter, walker or sticks.
A hearing loop is available and has been requested, so will be in operation as long as it is functioning.
Large print formats of menus etc can be provided on request so do let us know.
Should you have sensory needs please let us know on the form so that we can help where possible, for example if being further away from speakers or having access to a quiet room would help.
Should you need to be located closer to a bathroom please also let us know so that we can support as far as possible.

Can I bring my own food or drink into the venue?
You cannot bring any soft drinks, alcoholic beverages into the venue.
